This year’s “Outstanding Student Presentation Awards” were won by Nicolas Prieto for his presentation “Structural characterization and tectonic evolution of 1.3 Ga REE-bearing Fox Harbour Volcanic Belt, southeast Labrador”, and by Charles Lapointe for his presentation “Geology of the Aurora Vent Field: First Exploration of Hydrothermal Vents Under Ice in the Arctic Ocean”, these presentations were given at this year’s GAC-NL Annual Technical Meeting.
